I was wondering dat ppl dat havn't registered vertex shuld not be able to download the stuff in our files and if dey do register dey have to make 10 non-spam post den dey can download the things in the file.. cause of leeches?

LOL UGLY. i suggested 10 post cause some mite just create it and download the stuff and ditch the acc... but in 10 post dey need to make good post not spam =P
